Are you going to be out of the office and unavailable to your clients for an extended period of time? Perhaps you and your family on going on vacation or you will be recovering from surgery and unavailable to take phone calls or check your emails.
It is important that your clients are able to make time sensitive requests such as trades, transfers, or withdrawals, even when you are not available.
If you do not have staff available to take your clients' phone calls and receive your clients' emails, be sure to provide instructions on your outgoing voicemail message as to who the client can contact to make time-sensitive requests.
The Prosperity Network OSJ is able to receive your clients' calls and requests when you are out of the office for an extended period. The phone number the client can call is 913-529-5500. Please notify the Prosperity Network OSJ with the dates you will be out of the office so we will be ready for any potential calls from clients. Please include in your outgoing voicemail message to contact Prosperity Network of Advisors at 913-529-5500 with any time-sensitive requests.
Here is a sample outgoing voicemail message:
“Hello, you have reached (insert name) of (insert your DBA name) with Cetera Advisors. We are out of the office until month- day- year. If you have time-sensitive requests, please contact our supervisory office, Prosperity Network of Advisors. You can call Prosperity Network of Advisors at 913-529-5500. Please be advised trade, transfer, and cashiering instructions left on voicemail cannot be honored.”
