You may have noticed that the Learning Center app in AdviceWorks has a brand-new look. This update has also come with some challenges. Some prior courses are no longer available. In addition, you may not be able to find documentation of courses you completed prior to the update. The Completion Dashboard currently only goes back to December 2025.
If you need documentation of a certain course completed prior to the update, please email the Learning Center team at learningcenter@cetera.com. An example situation might be needing documentation of completing the social media training course in order to set up the social media supervision tool and link your business LinkedIn page. Another example might be needing documentation of completing the public appearance course so you can be approved by Cetera Ad Review to make a public appearance.
Did you know that we have Prosperity Network “on demand” learning courses available in the members' section of the chooseprosperity.org website? Go to chooseprosperity.org > members (requires pin to access) > ProsperityInstitute. There are learning modules available in the following categories:
- Operations & Compliance
- Investment & Planning
- Marketing & Communications
- Technology & Security.
These courses are a great opportunity for you and/or your staff to learn new things and sharpen your skills!
