Jump is a leading AI meeting assistant for financial advisors, automating everything from meeting prep to follow-up tasks. Jump integrates with Redtail, Outlook, and Wealthbox.
Jump features to take note of:
- You must get verbal approval from clients prior to using Jump in your voice calls and in-person meetings.
- Jump will display a profile picture stating the meeting is being captured by the AI Notetaker.
- By attending, your client attests to being included.
- An auditory message will play when using Jump in meetings. Please make sure all attendees are in the meeting prior to allowing Jump into the meeting. If an attendee were to join after that auditory message played, you are required to verbally state that Jump AI is taking notes. This is an ADA requirement for the visually impaired and for participants joining by phone who cannot see the Jump AI notetaker icon in the meeting. Note: Written consent does NOT eliminate the need for the audible or visual disclosure.
- The above auditory note will play every time you pause and un-pause Jump’s notetaking
- Meeting recordings and transcriptions are only stored within Jump for 7 days and then automatically deleted.
- You are not required to download the meeting recording or transcripts as part of any retention workflows.
- PII data is automatically redacted in all transcriptions; this includes:
- Social Security Numbers
- Passport Numbers
- Driver’s License Numbers
- State Identification Numbers
- Credit Card Numbers
- ABA Numbers
- You must attest that you have reviewed any output for inaccuracies prior to pushing to CRM or Outlook.
- You may receive an Approval Required prompt when connecting your Microsoft account/calendar for the first time. If prompted, request approval and access will be granted.

Ad Review Caveat: As of September 2025, you may change/customize the picture in the Jump meeting picture notetaker. The privacy policy link for Jump and Cetera is required to remain visible. Additionally, before you use the new image, you must submit it to Advertising Review for approval in Pinpoint Global. - Meeting Recap Emails: Leverage automated recap emails to easily and quickly follow-up with your clients, highlighting items discussed, decisions made and to-do items.
- Task Management: Identifies and organizes action items from your meetings/calls including descriptions, assignees, and discussed due dates.
- Interactive Query Features: For 7 days following the meeting, easily ask questions about the meeting details, specific discussion items or questions as needed.
