Not sure how to use a certain app in Adviceworks or Pinpoint? Cetera has created several job aids to assist you with step-by-step instructions. These job aids can be found in the following ways:
- Search in Adviceworks. In the Search field, type in the name of the application or topic for which you want to locate a job aid. You may receive several results. Review and scroll down to find results that reference a job aid.
- In Adviceworks, you can click on the “How To” button on the right-hand side. It looks like this:
Once you click on the "How To" button, several topics will appear, such as "Account Opening," "BIC Recommendations," "Sharing Documents," and much more! Each section is expandable to provide additional guidance and job aids.
- In Pinpoint, more job aids are found under the Additional Resources section on the lower right-hand side. It looks like this:
- Click on Job Aids to find resources for completing the Checks/Securities, Correspondence and Form CRS Logs; Annual Client Review and ADV 2B; Ad Review submissions; Sponsor Funds; Gifts & Entertainment; Audit module; and AML Low Priced Securities.
