Paul Ewing is the founding President of Prosperity Network of Advisors, LLC., the largest independent brokerage firm in Kansas City, with over 150 independent financial advisors. Paul knows the value of being “independent” yet supported in managing a client practice. Paul is the CEO of Prosperity Advisory Group, a nationally selected Top FT 400 (2015, 2016, 2017) client practice he founded in 1989.

Chief Operations Officer
Glenda co-founded Prosperity Advisory Group with Paul Ewing in 1989 and is the Chief Operations Officer for both Prosperity Advisory Group and Prosperity Network of Advisors. She is a registered General Securities Representative (Series 7), a registered General Securities Principal (Series 24), an Investment Advisory Representative (Series 66), and has worked in the securities industry for over thirty years and brings a depth of knowledge and expertise to both client and advisor facing business models.
Rachel Campbell, PMP, MBA
Director of Operations and Member Experience
Rachel is the most recent addition to the Prosperity team. Her management of the day-to-day operations of Prosperity Network of Advisors and oversight of account services, recruiting, and transitioning of new members is designed to allow our Members and their support staff to focus on their clients and their businesses. She also provides supervision and compliance support to the Prosperity Compliance team. Rachel’s role allows her to work closely with Network members to provide educational and networking opportunities, as well as the personalized service necessary to make doing business easy.
Rachel holds the Series 7, 4, 24, 53, and 66 securities registrations. She has served in various capacities within independent broker/dealers since 2003, including VP of Investment Services, AVP of Brokerage Operations, and VP of Operations/Research. Rachel’s extensive knowledge encompasses business processing, trading, advisor transitions, DOL Rule Implementation, compliance and supervision, advisor and staff training. Past roles have included participation on Product, Risk, AML, Selling Agreement, and Privacy Committees.
Director of Compliance & Education
Howard Englehart is the newest member to the Prosperity Leadership Team. Howard joined Prosperity in June of 2015 in the role of Director of Compliance & Education. Having joined us from Cetera Financial Group, Howard now manages the Prosperity Compliance team which works directly with Cetera Advisors and Prosperity Operations to provide our members with exceptional service. The Prosperity Compliance team strives to educate our members and their staff on not only Compliance related issues, but “best practice” suggestions to protect the business our members have worked so hard to build.
Howard holds the Series 4, 7, 24, 53, 63 & 66 securities registrations. Howard worked with Erinn Ford at Pacific West Financial Group from 2005 until 2012. He has served in various capacities within the independent broker-dealer segment since 1994 including the roles of Compliance Associate, Branch Auditor, Vice President of Operations, Regional Director, Recruiting, OSJ Supervision Principal and Senior Transition Relationship Manager. Howard lives in Redmond, Washington and works remotely from his home office.
In his spare time Howard enjoys spending time with his family which includes his wife Jenni and his three children Shelby, Sophie, and Max. Howard is an active volunteer in youth sports.
Director of Business Administration
Sally’s role includes financial recordkeeping and reporting, as well as Human Resources liaison for both Prosperity Advisory Group and Prosperity Network of Advisors.
Sally’s understanding of the intricacies of managing both an OSJ and a client practice allows her to be an information resource to Members and their practice management teams to make managing their businesses as easy as possible, allowing their focus to remain on delivering exceptional service to their clients.
Director of Information Technology
Scott provides valuable, relevant resources to both clients of Prosperity Advisory Group and to Prosperity Network of Advisors Members and support staff. He has over 20 years’ experience in Operations and Systems Management, business process design and process improvement. In addition, he has broad experience in network administration and solutions deployment.
His collaboration with our Members’ IT support staff, Cetera’s technology team, and the IT support staff at the many vendors with whom our Members do business allows him to deliver technology solutions that are efficient, sustainable, compliant, and unique to our industry.
Scott provides Member education in the areas of technology integrations and solutions, communications, and cybersecurity as well as support to Members when their online security or that of their clients is in question.
Shirley A. Ratcliff
Shirley oversees the daily operations of the Prosperity Network of Advisors Eastern Branch located in Chillicothe, Ohio. She performs compliance review and audits of members and manages the transition of new members. She works closely with Network members and their staffs to provide education, networking and personalized service necessary to make doing business easy. She specializes in problem resolution and streamlining of processes and business development.
Shirley originally was the second largest OSJ with Cetera Advisors and merged her 37 representatives with the Prosperity Group in February 2012. She has been in the supervisory/OSJ field for over 20 years. She holds the Series 7, 24, 51, 63, 66 securities registrations and insurance license along with being a registered tax preparer with the IRS.
Alan is responsible for day-to-day OSJ supervision of new account approvals, trade review, office inspections. Alan holds Series 7, 9, 10, 4, 24, 63 & 66 securities registrations. Prior to joining Prosperity, Alan was with Fifth Third Securities in Cincinnati, where he was a General and Options Principal of the firm. Prior to that, Alan spent nine years at Fidelity investments in various roles, from customer service representative, to stock trader, to principal review.
Having recently joined Prosperity from a merging OSJ, Lisa is responsible for day-to-day OSJ supervision including email and trade review. Lisa’s role will expand to include other areas of supervision including principal review of new accounts, variable annuities, correspondence & gift logs, and advertising. Lisa holds Series 63, 6, 7, 31, 24, & 66 securities registrations. Prior to joining Prosperity, Lisa served as the OSJ Delegate for our Idaho offices for whom is worked in various capacities for 14 years. Lisa spent 6 years at Fidelity investments in customer service as well as premium services for high net worth clients. She has also spent time with Raymond James in the capacity of stock trader.
Service 1st Administrator and Business Development Specialist
Brian's role as Service First Administrator includes processing new business, providing support and training opportunities for our members, and assisting in the transition process of new members. As a Business Development Specialist, Brian works with network members on best practices, including assisting members with business development tools and strategies.
Brian holds the Series 7 and 66 securities registrations and is licensed for life and long-term care insurance.
Brian and his wife, Monica, were married in 2017. They are well traveled and enjoy the culinary arts.
Service 1st Administrator
Ingrid is responsible for processing new business, first point of contact for our members, providing support and training opportunities for our members, and assisting in the transition process of new members. Prior to joining Prosperity, Ingrid worked extensively in retail sales.
Thomasina (Tomi) Quesinberry
Service 1st Administrator
Tomi is responsible for processing new business, is the first point of contact, and provides support and training opportunities for new and current members and their support staff. In addition, assists in the transition process of new members and their support staff. Prior to joining Prosperity, Tomi worked with Shirley Ratcliff for 8 years providing service to their members and support staff. Tomi also has an Associate's Degree in Accounting and is currently studying to take her Series 7.
